Beulah No Fault Warranty
Beulah Fly Rods warranties against any factory defect and will replace or repair the rod at our discretion. A warranty card is provided for original owner only and must be registered within 30 days of purchase. Beulah Fly Rods reserves the right to repair or replace any rods covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models or parts with current models or parts when necessary. Beulah Fly Rods does not cover any type of damage resulting from neglect, normal wear and tear, the misuse of our product or loss of parts. This warranty only applies to the original owner with a registered warranty card. For warranty returns, simply ship damaged rod entirely with a 45 euro payment for repair and shipping and handling to Beulah Europe (at GSfly s.r.o.). Please include contact information and brief description of damage, and we will repair or replace the rod at our discretion. The owner shall pay the cost of shipping the damaged rod to Beulah Europe. The 45 euro payment paid to Beulah Europe will cover the cost of repair (part replacement) and return shipping.
Warranty Return Procedure
Please return entire rod and parts in original tube and package in cardboard box for safe shipping. All warranty returns should be addressed to:

Include a completed Warranty Repair Form along with a 45 euro (Pay Pal, check, or credit card information) payment of shipping, insurance and handling. Rods received without proper contact information will not be repaired or returned at our cost. If you are unable to open the Warranty Repair Form please just include a note with your name, contact information and shipping information.
